help with my older downloads

Hi, i wonder if anyone can advise me.

many years ago i was using Daz daily, i paid for and downloaded many products over a time. I was a book cover artist so my library was quite extensive.

After a series of unfortunate events i lost access to this account and all my downloads, it didnt help that my computer at the time decided to die a death, i lost everything id gathered.

In time i opened another account and had to start again to gather products..But...

Ive just found the log in details to this old account! Is there any way of retriveing ALL my downloads from before, ? or have they been lost forever.

    I would suggest opening a Sale Suppor ticket to see if they can merge the two accounts, but in the meantime you can certainly access a second account through DIM. Connect too should work, since we no longer have any encrypted content to be tied to one account, though switching between them will require reentering the details.
