FOUND: Adam's Apple Morph for G3M or Earlier

I'm sure I've seen an Adam's Apple morph before G8M, but I can't seem to locate it. Can anyone please link me to a product with an Adam's Apple morph? Ideally, for G3M, but I can GenX2 anything earlier. Thanks so much.

There's a morph for Genesis1 but sorry can't remember in which morphpack it is included.
