bought decimator plugin but get message it is disabled, have to register it, how to do that

just bought decimator plugin, but after installing it through the download manager, even though it shows a checkmark with serial number, it is disabled and I can't find anything any where on how to get it registered. Need a little help getting started.

    Reinstall DS, then just enter your serial number (in Help>About Installed plugins if you don't get the prompt on launching DS). Decimator is included with the base application, since those of us who paid for DS4 Pro get it activated with our serial numbers, it's only the serial number that you need from purchasing.

    OK, what I needed to do was put in the serial number, I thought the download manager would do that, since it was connected to my account. By the way, the free version has it installed, but it is only good for thirty days before it gets inactivated. After that, you put in the real serial number. thanks for your help!

    Well that's news. Don't recall it ever being activated on mine.
