Recreate Model Question

Hi, I was wondering how to recreate this character model from an online picture series. Here are a few images of the character. It looks like a Victoria 6 model with fashion hair, yet it seems that there is more to it, like her more pointed nose, or slanted eyes. Also, what textures could be used for her in obtaining that skin tone and dark eyebrows. Thanks in advance!
