Outfit help

I'm looking to make this outfit. I'm fully expecting I'll have to kitbash and maybe even make some modelling modifications but would like to find some clothing as close as possible for a starting off point. Any gen from A3 all the way to G8 will due, as I have Wear Them All and can transfer just about any clothing to G8F. 

  

Any suggestions? 

Bonus if you can recommend hair that comes close as well.

The bodice on that dress comes pretty close to https://www.daz3d.com/miss-fisher-s-wardrobe-fabulous-dress-for-genesis-2-female-s, lots of surface zones on it, could probably be dForced.

Oh good eye! :) That might work with maybe a cut out opacity map to shorten it and add slits up the sides. Hmmm

hahah Me too. Streets of Fire is so deliciously 80s - even with it's "greaser" 1950s flair. lol And Willem Dafoe is such a great bad guy in it!

Oh yeah, that might be a good starting off point - perhaps I could morph the front a bit to get it to do the high "arches". Thank you for the suggestion! :)
