Ralph/Rita boot conversion to Ralphling

Anyone know of a way to convert Ralph/Rita boots to fit Ralphling and keep the same UV's so that the Ralph/Rita boot textures can be used for both figures?
They already have the same bodysuit textures and it would be nice if they could use the same boot textures.
