Tenshi for Cyborg Version 4 (fast grab)

i have the M4 version of the base figure, "Cyborg Model 4". with the police addon too.
but i've always ogled Tenshi, it's such a beautiful addon. i never bought Cyborg Version 4 tho, because i never use female characters, and i'm not a millionaire to buy stuff i'll hardly ever use.
and then... today i saw Tenshi again - for almost nothing in the fast grab... it's so awesome. *sigh*
now, is there any way this would fit or could somehow be fitted/made to work with Cyborg Model 4, even if it's a bit of a collage, like if i have to apply textures manually, and the result isn't perfect but the imperfections can be hidden/adapted (scale textures, parent props, i dunno...) - as long as i can use/render it?

buy it, it's updated to iray
but you'll need ChinaDoll on Cyborg version 4 (Victoria 4)
my advice, buy the add-on and wait for a sale on cyborg version 4, the good thing while you don't have Cyborg Version 4 you still get a katana and maybe the shoulders are useable
Even if it works, M4 cyborg is very manly body shape, it will look ridiculous with tenshi face
yeah, thanks... i guess.
but first, iray is not an issue here, otherwise i would have mentioned it.
second, after re-reading the description on both cyborg version 4 AND tenshi, i don't see any mention of "china doll", whatever this is.
third, i just mentioned i'm not interested in female figures. robotic or not, they have breasts etc, they look... female. so again, i'm not getting cyborg version 4, otherwise i wouldn't have posted this, right? and i think it's my choice whether a M4 robot with a tenshi face looks ridiculous or not.
i just asked a technical question, and would love a technical answer, thank you.
EDIT: very sorry now i saw the china doll mention in the list under..
M4 cyborg have very muscular male pectorals, thats why I said it would look ridiculous, M4 is not genderless robot, it's not androgynous as it should be, so that's why I said that
Just looked at these and the UV mapping for, for example, the shell material zones are very different, so I'd say not really feasible to copy across without a LOT of work.
and the shell is pretty much THE surface where the design is applied, what actually "makes" the tenshi.. except the mask ofc.
as to the poses - the M4 version didn't have any, the Tenshi product includes a lot - i'm not sure either if they would fit (even with corrections) because the limbs/body parts have totally unusual names =/= usual M4 or V4...
well thank you @SimonJM, so i know that if i can't resist buying Tenshi anyways, i won't expect a few quick workouts to make it acceptable on M4 cyborg, and i'll have to be prepared for a bit of disappointment & lots of hard work...
Just to add to your woes over whetehr to buy otr not .... I've just had a quick look at the Tenshi poses and they do work (in the main) with Cyber Mech4, but will often need some tweaks to foot and leg positioning/posing as well as to the shoulder pauldrons.which Cyber V4 does not have. I didn't look too closely, so there may be otehr issues with the poses.
Iray updates to Cyborg V4 and Tenshi???
Thanks DzFire!
Be careful - I have just noticed I no longer have the 3Delight materials available
Thanks for letting me know. Ive got backup files so ill be able to access them if need be.

haha thank you @SimonJM.. adding to my woes won't probably matter... it's too late i'm afraid - being busying myself "all day" with this Tenshi stuff has made me unable to NOT buy it now XD. but anyways - i don't exactly recall why in the 1st place - at some point i decided to stick my M4 cyborg on Genesis 1 (or was it the contrary?), something pose related probably, no idea. (EDIT: it was so i could apply the G1 morphs from Dariofish, the aliens, making a cyber-alien-mech). which means my "base figure" for my M4 cyb scenes is a combo already, and poses are wonky already, needing retouching. ^^
i'm thankful for all tech tidbits coming over anyways! so i'll know where to look at & what to expect already when i work with it ^^
Not sure if your comment earlier about Iray not being an issue was meant to refer to yoy using it ot not using it - but just to be sure, Tenshi now seesm to be JUST Iray textures.

i meant it wasn't what i had asked for - but thanks very much for pointing this out. one thing more to adapt (at least it won't overwrite anything since i don't have neither tenshi nor V4 cyborg)
Cyborg Version 4 still has both 3DL and Iray versions. Check the documentation Wiki or your Product Library and you will see two separate installers.
ETA: Sorry, forgot to say that Tenshi also has both 3DL and Iray.
i agree - i have both choices - i mean tenshi has 3dl and iray presets.

YES, i bought it ;P
@SimonJM, you were absolutely right about the texture maps, they are absolutely different (at least for the shell, the head is similar, and no idea about the small pieces, too complex). however, when i apply the tenshi preset to M4 cyborg, as far as i can see, many of the smaller elements seem right, also the head. what reeally doesn't match is the shell, and there's no way to adapt the maps, too many little pieces.
but the shell is only a few elements, and in only 3 colors - red, white, black. so what i did was in the geometry editor, i separated the shell surfaces in 4 groups (red, white, black, and mixed red-white). then i colored each shell surface group accordingly, with just the diffuse and the "blank" map from M4 cyb. the tighplates and breastplates of V4 cyb come in 2 elements, M4 only in single elements, hence the group "mixed", which i haven't dealt with yet, i just colored the full plates white. i might "bicolor" them later but it looks ok like this for now.
tenshi mask fits fine, and poses are useable - i mounted M4 cyborg on genesis 1 for flexibility anyways.
here's a first test to show the result:
Very cool!
haha, thank you! :) - it really was just a test though. gotta go back on that one, still lots to do (i tend to scatter my energy, and fumbled with n other scenes meanwhile, lol). using G1 also helps with shape ^^
