Room in a preview picture

So I just got this product

and in the preview pictures, there is this room scene I really interested..

Does anyone knows where is this room from? I really like to know. I checked the "Collective3d Create a Room Xpack 3", and I don't think that's where it's from.

Good eye. Yes, Loft apartment by truform, and the clock was from deco downtime by Jack Tomalin.
