Throwing poses

I'm looking for poses of someone throwing a ball, and not having much luck.  The only thing I've found is the snowball fight for Genesis.  While in theory I can convert up from there, I'd like to start with something newer if possible.  G3M is what I'm applying it too.  Any recomendations?
