Does This Happen to Anyone Else?

This doesn't happen every time, but every now and then, when I'm rendering in DAZ Studio, the top half of the image doesn't render. It will be semi transparent so the gray checkerboard shows through it, or the top half will be completely black, rendering only the lower half of the picture. My sister has had the same problem. I was wondering if this is something that anyone else has had happen. Sometimes rebooting my computer fixes it, but sometimes it doesn't. I've actually had to recreate entire images because of it. I don't want to put in a report of a glitch if it's only me this is happening to. Could it be a quirk of the latest version (4.10.0.123 64bit)? Just wondering.

    Does this happen consistently? Say for a scene you render when you restart and render from the same position does it happen again? Does this happen when you render to a new window or when you render in the viewport as well? do you use a camera ( which settings) or in the perspective view? Best thing would be you could post a screenshot of a situation like that.

    FWIW, I haven't ever seen that behaivor, in any version. I have been using 4.10.0.123 since it was published, with no rendering issues.

    Are you & your sister sharing the same computer as that almost sounds like defective video card?

    As I said in your last thread on the subject (https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/comment/3178766/#Comment_3178766}, yeah, something similar. Savng, if l haven't already, and restarting DS usually fixes the issue for me. On occasion I've left the render to finish and the semi-transparent part has rendered out to match the rest. Haven't had the issue with half black image, only half transparent.

    Know eye deer what's going on, don't recall it happening on either of the 4.9  installations I'm currently using and given your last inquiry didn't elicit much information except that it could be machine/system dependent and that it's a minor irritant I'm just waiting for the 4.11 beta.
