Game Developer Interactive License

Hey everyone , 

As a programmer with 0 ability of 3D modeling , I find the models from Daz3D being the best looking for my next game that I am planning to make. After reading their terms and conditions of (Interactive License  https://www.daz3d.com/eula#sectionThree)  I do have some concerns.

Asuming that the game is also encrypted.

1. Am I allowed to publish a game that uses the Daz3D character along with (Interactive License) ?

2. Am I allowed to sell the game that uses the licensed Daz3D character ?

Your questions aren't clear.

Are you asking if you can sell your game via a publisher? Fairly certain you can. But if you sell the IP rights to your game to the publisher, then no, they cannot sell the game. They would need to aquire the interactive licenses needed. I'm not sure you can sell interactive licenses. You could issue a ticket to find out.

As to the second question, what's the difference between publishing and selling the game? If you have all the interactive licenses for everything you use from the DAZ store, you can use it in a game and then sell licenses to that game.

You need to clarify what you mean by "publish" and "sell". No one sells a game unless they mean selling the IP rights. They usually sell licenses to the game to customers.

Thanks for covering my doubts. I was pretty tired when I wrote this , I did mean publishing the game. 

I was concerned that I will not be able to publish the game to the X-ammount of users that are downloading it.
