AniLip only 1 voice and no other languages

I'm only getting 1 lame female voice(Anna) and no other languages besides english.

Is there another source for voices, or is this all there is?

Does the manual say anything about installing the Microsoft speech libraries like it says on the product page? Do you have them installed?
