Why is The Girl shape no longer in Shaping tab?

Since upgrading to DS4.6 I notice that The Girl does not show in the shaping Tab any more.

She is in the Parameters tab, but I would like her in the shaping tab where she was before.

Can anyone tell me how to get her there please?

Also David 5 is there but no image is showing, just blank icon. I can change his shape OK.

Any help on this too please?

    It probably means that an update to The Girl is required (or, perhaps it has been updated, but you don't have the latest version installed). This happened with the Evolutions morphs and some other things when DS4.5 first came out.

    Not sure about the David 5 issue...his picture is there on the Shaping tab for me. Perhaps there's a more recent version of that one, too.
