How long is it to become a publisher?

Hi! Can anyone tell me how long it usually takes for PA to answer? I've sent an email with jpgs more then  week ago, and still waiting for the answer. I am not sure. May be it is usual term. But I am worriing what if my e-mail wasn't received. When should I try again?

    From what I've heard, they won't anwer unless they accept something. But a week is very short for accepting, I think. But then, I'm not a PA, so I don't know how many weeks or days is normal.

    I think I read somewhere that around three weeks is normal, and it varies.
