in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

When I update the metadata it updates ok but there is one that it says "failed to update"... Is there any way to remove whatever the item is???

    Identify it by checking the log file (Help>Troubleshooting>View Log) and report it to technical Support via a support ticket.
