Convert Clothing G8 to G3

I'm trying to find a way to convert Genesis 8 clothing to Genesis 3.  I found a tutorial on the web but it does not work with Daz Studio 10.x

The problem is that when you try to edit the "Scene Identification/Preferred Base" the selection list is blank.

By the time Genesis 8 came out, I already had a lot of stuff for Genesis 3 and so most of my renders are done with a Genesis 3 character.  Now and then tho, I have been able to access some nice things for Genesis 8 and would like to convert them to Genesis 3.

    Is the Content Management System (Smart Contnet, categories, presets tabs in setting panes) working?

    Nope that's not working either, I have NO smart content

    That's why the Scene ID is blank, then. So, next question is why the CMS isn't working. Is PostgreSQL installed? Do you get an alert about DS needing to connect to it when you start? How did you install your conent?

    I re-installed Studio, and I installed PostreSQL.  Now, how do I get the smart content to show the content I already have?  I have my Daz Studio content on a SSD drive with a path "D:\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library" and I'd like to use the smart content feature.

    ...I have yet to get the CMS working since the 4.9 Beta and yes it shows up as PostgreSQL in Task manager with a "running" status.

    What security software are you using? have you ever run Daz studio or DIm (or carrara) as administrator? That can cause permission issues 9so don't do it now if you haven't before.)
