If you click on "Import" in the File tab, you'll see all formats that you can import into Studio. From what I see, my guess is no. And even if you get the geometry converted, there's no say about the textures, which might or might not need extra work and conversion.

Even if you did manage to import that using Object or FBX it will be in one complete mesh and you will have to reshade or retexture. Unless you want to spend hours doing that I would forget it. There are scifi bars for DAZ Studio and Poser just do a search for them.

For the record, nearly any .OBJ or .FBX model will import into DS, I do it all the time. In most cases you will have to reapply textures or apply/create new iray shaders for it to look it's best. It's not a big deal, but can be a bit tedious depending on how many material zones the product has. But once that is done, you can save it in DS for future work and then you just need to load it.

This product states it uses Vray shaders, so you would probably have to replace all those with Iray shaders

The description states that an stl format is available. I have successfully imported stl models into Daz by first importing them into Blender, then exporting them to a Daz-supported format (.dae is my personal preference). As other posters have stated, you will most likely spend a considerable amount of time repurposing the model to look good in Daz Studio/Iray.
