Chuck for Gen 8 problems

Hi.  Has anyone else encounterd this problem.  Chuck for Gen 8 not showing proper thumbs and Chester character won't load at all.  I have tried to uninstall and reinstall through DIM.  Still not working.

    Not sure why no one responded, but his name used to be Chester, but they made a last minute change... So that shouldnt necessarily be there. Chuck is the new model file, so just disregard or delete Chester.
