Another Orange Stripe! Fixed!

I got an orange stripe for the new Owen 8 figure which tells me that I get an additional 30% off because I bought Lucien 7 and Elijah 7, but when I put Owen in my cart, he rings up as $22.03, which I assume is the introductory price without the 30% off. I clicked the link in the orange stripe assuming that it gives me the 30% additional discount, but nothing happened. How do I get the 30%? I didn't see a discount code, so I assumed it would show the discount in checkout, but it doesn't.

    Did you try force-refreshing the cart page? This has been happening for a very long time; I'm not sure, but I think it's connected to any sort of banner extra discount — the cart won't show it at first, you need to apply a good hard kick.
