Garage sale purchase of Carrara 6 Pro

edited December 1969 in New Users

I have never used a Carrara program or any 3D software before. A day ago I bought Carrara 6 Pro from a garage sale for $5. I know it's an old version, but I am a student and can't afford any newer software. They person who sold it to me did not include a serial number, so I can't install the program on my machine. Is there any way I could legally obtain a serial number?

Thank you in advance for any help!

I think you have to write of that $5, as there is no legal way of transferring the license to you without the seller having first contacted DAZ 3D themself, and even then it is not guaranteed that they would allow it as it is quite possiblke they have used the older version as part of the update purchase of a newer version,

If you want to experiment with a 3D program, why not download Daz Studio, which is currently available at 100% discount for everyone.
