Alexandre M4 Promo underwear

Does anyone know where to find the underwear the Alexandre for M4 H4 here on Daz 3D is using in the promo pictures? Please help

If so then the underwear is painted on one of the Alexandre textures and there will be an an icon to load them in the pose folder for Alexandre
