Praying for you, man! Haven't been that near the edge, but between wife, two kids, and no work, it's almost leaner than skim milk these days.

That's terrible. So sorry you are facing this, Xantor. I hope there's somewhere you can turn to, if only to get a meal. I don't know where you live but if you're hungry everything else is going to be all the harder. Keep us posted.

Good God, I know that all too well. My family lost our home in 2009. We had to go back and forth between motels, and at one point an accommodation with an external family member (which didn't end well)...

I sent you a PM with something that may be of use to you.

I hope it works out for you. Are you a veteran? Maybe there are resources out there to assist. (Some of that is a joke, but it varies from state to state office as to their veteran's administration work)

Come to Canada on a work visa and work in the oil fields making about $25 an hour, don't have to do it for long, just till back on your feet. There is an oil rig off the east coast but I haven't heard much about jobs and wages for that area.

If you're in the UK my advice would be to visit your nearest C.A.B. office.

Probably better to do sooner rather than later as you may well have more 'opportunities' and options open.

    My name is not jim.

The problem with the CAB is that I don`t really want them knowing all my personal details.

I live with my parent still being that I can not afford my own place but My parents almost lot their house a few years back around 2009, The entire thing culminated into a series of events that lead to my mother having a heart attack and nearly dieing, My Nephew either accidentally committed suicide or was murdered and me ending up in the hospital for a Kidney Stone and an over 3000.00 dollar debt that I may never be able to pay back. And ever sine I opened my shop I have struggled to keep it open. I know your pain my friend. Tough times don't last but tough people do. I hope things improve for you very soon. The only thing that one can do is keep fighting and try and keep their spirits up.

The whole world is in a pretty sad state right now and its really tragic.
