Why would loading the Geoshell for the tears cause my figure to vanish? Poof, gone. Still in the Scene tree, but the Viewport just disappear, hair still there though. Weird. I've fiddled a little bit but have had no luck. This is the first time I actually tried to use it since I bought it. I guess I should test these things as I purchase them, huh? But no, I just think "Hey, that might come in handy sometime." and pick it up. Then when the mood hits me to use it...

    I realize this is probably year too late.  However, this is the second google result for this product.  So, I had the same problem you did and was baffled.  Another example of a product that could use a little guidance for us beginners.  No offense to everyone out there, but there is a WHOLE lot of stuff on the market that has no instructions or the instructions they have are awful.  Anyway, rant over.  Time for what you came for...

    1. You must select the character you want to add the tears to.  Then go to your Content Library, and open up your "So Sad Faces" and then "Tears" and right-click and select merge on the "Click Here to Load Geoshell" option.

    2. Now go to the character under the scene tab and open it up. Look for the "So Sad Geometry Shell" and select it.

    3. Finally go back to the Tears selections in your Content Library and right-click and select merge on whichever tears you want to apply.

    Simple once you know it, but if you don't then the behavior can be baffling.  Good luck!
