Why can't I use some G8F expressions on G3F?

I've noticed that some of my G8F expressions don't work on G3F for example Expressive Faces - One-Click Morph Expressions for Victoria 8 https://www.daz3d.com/expressive-faces-one-click-morph-expressions-for-victoria-8

While others work like this one https://www.daz3d.com/she-warrior-action-poses-and-expressions-for-genesis-8-female-s

Can I make the first one work somehow on G3F? When I click on it nothing happens.

maybe they are HD or FBM

while both are the same mesh the A and t poses do affect what can be applied

It would depend on how they worked - the first set, by the description, has new parameters for each expression (which probably drive the standard expression properties) and the presets set those; the older figure won't have the new properties so the presets will do nothing. The sets that do work may well have settings for the standard proeprties and so, since most or all have the same names on both figures, they will more-or-less work.
