a  'source path error' message pop up whenever i right click the content libry tab and select 'create poser companion files', the file i wish to convert to poser is under DAZ connect folder ... how to convert daz content under such folder?

You may need to open a support ticket on this, it may be that the process is making an unwarranted assumption about the location of something (or it may be that it isn't expected to work with Connect-installed content).
