Custom Content not Searchable in Smart Content

So my organizational OCD continues to get the better of me.

I spent a lot of time getting my third party content (such as Rendo stuff) to show up in Smart Content by creating Products and editing the Metadata.  I recently tried fixing an issue where some DAZ content is showing duplicated, by resetting the DB and re-importing my user data.  For some reason now, I noticed that a lot of these items are not searchable in the Smart Content panel.  But it is not consistent.

For example, if I search by artist for AeonSoul it will show all the items that I have previously purchased from RTDNA alongside all the DAZ purcashed content.  But if I search for say RPublishing only one item will show up.  The same is true if I select the artist name from the info tab.

Another example, if I select an item such as Lena for V4 character from Rhiannon and select that artist name from info, the only thing that shows up in search is Renegade for G3M.  Lena just vanishes.

Is there something wrong with my Local User MetaData file?
