Just a quick question, while browsing the Octane Live Database i was wondering if i can save them all on my local hard drive to add them to my Carrara Shaders to use them directly in Carrara.

    yes indeed

    just apply to a primitive like a sphere then drag into your browser

    I have them all saved and sorted

    it automatically can save some but misses many

    oh you only have the standalone

    no this is using the Carrara plugin I am afraid

    I have the standalone and Carrara plugin but can view the DB only on the Standalone

    I had that issue for a while but it resolved itself

    sometimes its a bit laggy populating you need to click each catagory and wait for them to load

    try double clicking each level of the tree menu

    I know I was a tad slow figuring that out

    is same OR3 I just happen to use 2 a lot more though have both

    when i use a shader in the liv db some will load texture some won't its a crapshoot
