Trouble with the MEC4D HDRI Abandoned Industrial-Megapack

Hi, i have some problmes with the

The HDRI do not load.

Sometimes the 1st one loads but not the others.

When i click on the defaults in the render-settings the screen gets white and stays white :-(

What can i do? Thanks for help

after my comment - I was able to resolve the problems I had with the product and the PA - All Is Good

DAZ 3D provides product support. That's the agreement between PAs and DAZ 3D. You need to contact DAZ 3D technical support.

FWIW, Catherine is one of the most supportive PAs around.
