SF Auras Genesis 8 Female on other generation?

Can SF Auras Genesis 8 Female be easily used on another generation of figure such as G3M/G3F?  It sounds like it's geoshells/shaders and a few conformers so would it be possible to create new geoshells for the other figure, apply the shaders, and autofit the conformers?

    Also; is this Iray only? I would rather expect so, but there is nothing on the store page which would either state, suggest, or confirm that.

    It should confirm to G3F, according to SickleYield on dA, but I haven't seen anything about whether it's Iray only or not.

    I picked it up and the conformer does autofit and the geoshells work (at least with G3F that I've tested so far).  It is Iray only, I would hope the product description would get updated to reflect that.

    I am leaning toward a purchase but am not using the G8 series yet.

    Has anyone tried a G2 character? I know it is a little bit of a stretch, but figured I would ask.

    so is the conforming element like a set of fins that project off the body? I can see how the Geoshell would work, but the aurorua that comes off the body is the bit i can't figure out.

    Any time you see an emissive, it is usually safe to assume Iray only; 3Delight's solution for that has never worked that well. Similarly, I no longer am able to support 3Delight time-efficiently and haven't been for over two years, so if it has my vendor name on it, it is Iray only. I definitely will try and remember to label things going forward just so there's no confusion.

    If you have an AutoFit clone for G8 to fit G2 you can use autofit.  It does distort the aura a bit but that may not matter as much in your final render, especially if you use a tiny bit of bloom.  Here it is on G2F along with a geoshell using the included shaders and bloom filter enabled.
