Say I created a mesh in 3ds max, and rig it in 3d max using daz's skeleton, am I allowed to sell this model on internet, is daz's skeleton free to use?

    No, it’s a derivative work so you can’t distribute it.

    No. If you are making an add-on for the donor that requires the donor form effective use (clothing, hair, GeoGrafted elements) then you are allowed to use the rig and sell it, but in general for a stand-alone figure no.
