cant download dazstudio

Hi i added daz studio to my cart and went through all my details and downloaded daz3dim. But when i start uo daz3dim it doesnt work, it seems to be frozen and not responding...how can i download it please? :(
Btw im working on MAC.

    The DIM does not install the application for you, it only installs Content.

    You will need to go to your My Account area, then the tab at the top 'Product Library', and then use the Filter or Purchase date to find DAZ Studio. You will have to download and install manually.

    Actually, you only have to install one file:

    DAZStudio_4.5.1.56_Win32.exe (if you have Windows 32bit)
    or
    DAZStudio_4.5.1.56_Win64.exe (if you have Windows 64bit)
    or
    if you have a MAC, then one of the two Mac files

    The other files (for Decimator, GoZ and 3DBridge for Photoshop) you don´t really need I think, or at least not right away. If yes, then only download the one of each four files, which belongs to your computer, just like with DAZ studio itself (i. e. for Windows 32bit install DS4_Decimator_1.3.1.56_Win32.exe etc.) .

    Then there is a Genesis Starter Essentials file, which you must istall - I am not sure, but that one you should be probably able to download with DIM, because it is content pack for DAZ studio (Genesis figure and other content that comes with DS).
