Question about Thunder River....

This is a nice looking product by Nerd 3d, but I have a question. It says the waterfall tool is required to use it, but the description says it can be used without it.

I am looking to do static renders, and no animation which seems to be what the waterfall tool is about, and the waterfall tool looks a bit pricey.

Will I have a waterfall in the scene without the tool?

Been a while since I last loaded that up, but IIRC it's one of those "optional requirement" things — the waterfall tool works with the river scene and gives you more options, but the river scene works without the waterfall tool if you don't need to animate the waterfall that's in the scene.

It's kinda huge, too. Better load up your characters with hiking gear.

I have this set and you can use it in animation and non animation. you can also use the water fall tool in other sets as well and you don't have to use the water fall tool in animation. But its nice to have if you decide to need it in future for animation

here is a example of it in animation. I did this using the set with the water fall tool if you want a idea what it looks like:)
