no download buttons for Creepers Collection products

I bought from the creepers collection; the wasp and the ladybug, but neither have a download button in my purchased products page. Other purchased products are showing up correctly. In fact, half of what is normally on the dowload page isn't showing up for only these two products in my purchased products page. Anybody know what the problem might be?

EDIT: Also .... on the storefront page (where you buy the product) neither the ladybug nor the wasp list the "Install types".

    I bought the wasp and the ladybug from the Creepers Collection, but neither have a download button in my purchased products page. Other purchased products are showing up correctly.     Anybody know what the problem might be?

    There seems to be a problem with the various indivdual creepers. As I said in your other thread: in the PC+ forum:

    This also happened with some of the Creepers Collection a few weeks ago:

    And those creepers were removed from rhe store.

    So you may have to file a ticket with CS on this.

    I don't know and only CS can figure that out. But keep an eye on them so you can return them if you aren't able to get them.

    I don't know and only CS can figure that out. But keep an eye on them so you can return them if you aren't able to get them.

    I'm actually not interested in returning them. I want to get them because I paid for them and want them.

    There is a product with all the creepers in one pack, but it is not PC+. Got that during the PA Sale, and it definitely works. It has always been there, while the individual products were removed from the store a long time ago. They have obviously been restored, but act more like zombies than creepers.

    Yes and you definitely need to be cautious in buying the individual creepers because they do not show up as purchased even if you have the complete collection:

    So if you bought them anyway (since they were, afterall, available in the store and I put out money for them).... do you get them?

    You should, but if they can't deliver, you will get your money back. They might do it themselves if they give up, but if you get tired of waiting (weeks, months?), you can ask for it.

    Nope, nowhere on my product download page.

    I am now told I won't get the product ... which I already paid for ... unless I pay a higher price. Since when are pricing mistakes handled this way?
