Does it work better than Filter>Noise>Reduce Noise for noise, and Filter>Noise>Dust and Scratches for fireflies?

My opinion is it's alright (I think there's too much blurring in his example - but that could be less noticable maybe if he made a slightly different selection). I think Neat Image might work better, though it can be blurry, too. But Neat Video would be better if you're making an animation.
