Cannot dl 64 bit version

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

click download and it cycles back to my pruduct list. click dl and install and dim shows 32 bit. ideas?

    DIM is 32-bit only, it doesn't need a 64-bit version. If you mean DS (or Carrara) have you checked your download filters? Is this the beta or the release version?
