Install of 4.10 beta gone astray

Purchased some new products and while using DIM, figured I'd update my 4.10 beta.  No joy.  The shortcut states that something like 'you can't access this file and may need administrator rights'.  Well, I have those.  Uninstalled through DIM and looking to try again but see no listing in DIM for the 2 Nov beta.  Any help?

Fixed.  I had to go into Win 10 and enable my administrator rights.

DS and DIM should not be run as administrator (it's OK to run normally from an administrator account though). I'm not quite clear on what you did though.
