Bizzare Iray renders

This is not the first time I used SecondCirlcle's tutorial on iray

First time I used it was about 3 months ago, I was thrilled at the result.  I have created new renders since, all on the same V4 figure.  Bizzare results ... I am utterly confused with the results of grey hair, when it should be black.

Today's render is even weirder. She is supposed to have dark skin (Diffuse colour: 119 78 58, specular 51 72 77)
