Dial a Zombie?

Hey, is there a product where you can morph or dial in the amount of ?zombieness" into a character? I'm working on an illustrated zombie apocalypse novel and I need to show the spread of the plague, from first infection and small amounts of zombieness and decay all the way to the ultimate progression of the disease, with full on decay and all that. I've searched the store and not found anything quite like what I'm looking for. It's the early stages of the infecton look that's really needed but a morph dial or similar would be wonderful for showing how the same character devolves over the course of the story.
