in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hi i bought the (FSL Extended Family Shapes for Toon Generations 2)

but when i try to open the figures from the content Lilrary in Daz studio 4.10 pro, then i get (An error occurred whlle reading file, see log for more details.)

so do i need an additional softwere or how can i solve this problem. thanks

    Hello,

    Can you show a screenshot of the error?  You have the Toon Generations successfully loaded into DS?  How did you install?  Through DIM?

    That often means you don't have the base figure loaded and selected before applying the preset. Character presets will load the figure if missing, but Shaping presets (which these may be) won't.
