weird problem on viewport

Hello Guys...after installing ds 10 i have a weird problem with viewport....its all white! (as you can see on the screen) outside iray preview i can see the guides on ground but inside preview area is all an annoying white....

i unistalled the software and reinstalled it...nothing....

i have resseted everything and stills nothing....

when im creating a new screen is white again....

do you have any idea what is going on? i need to work and this is very disturbing....

    you have iray view enabled not textured view so its rendering interactive mode

    Likely a style change is needed. From the top menu select Window -> Style -> Customize Style. In the popup, go to 6. Viewports and change the colour to 64/64/64 (the default). I have some vendor scene files that change the viewport instead of changing the environment background colour. Very annoying.
