Figure there but not there.

Hi all,

 

I've got FW Honey showing up in Content Manager, but just her image under "Figures." No other files are there, nada, zilch, nothing. So, I can't use her in my renders. she doesn't show up as installed or downloaded in DIM. I bought her, her thumbnail is there, but literally nothing else. Since she isn't showing up in DIM, I can't uninstall her and then reinstall her as a potential fix. Any ideas on how to remedy this?

She's an Encrypted Daz Connect product. You have to install her inside Daz Studio. Yeah, that sucks and the reason why I still don't buy her or the Hiphop bundle.

She'll be available unencrypted a year after release, which is still three months away, Jan 31st, 2018.

Wow... I had no idea. Why offer her for purchase, then? I bought ther a month or so ago and didn't see any notations to that effect on her sales page.

All DAZ encrypted content is available to those who use Connect. The decision was made to allow general access after one year. There has been much said about this in the past, so I won't open that basket of snakes here.

You should be able to install her through Daz Studio 4.9.x.x+ by double-click in a product list and then load her through the Content Library pane under Daz Studio Formats>Daz Connect>People>Geensis 3 Female>Characters>FW Honey (or the like) or by find her in the products list of Content Library or in the products tab of Smart Content.

Agreed. She is on my wishlist. Still waiting till I can get her also.
