how to make this go away please

Not sure what's happened but I got this rectangle view port thing in my main Daz screen. How do I get rid of it please just so its a normal view? (pic)

    That shows you the area that will be in the render. If you really want it gone go to the upper right corner of the viewport, looks like a tiny scrawled note icon to me lol. Uncheck show aspect frame.

    K nice thanks. In fiddling round trying to do that I have somehow closed the box on the right with the nodes of the scene. How can I get that back please? (pic)

  • At the menus at the top of the screen:  Window > Panes (Tabs) > Scene.

    You can restore any pane from there if you accidentally close it.

    But keep in mind that the rectangle is showing you what the render will be, your final output won't be the exact image onscreen, only what's in that rectangle.  I always leave it on for that reason.  With it on, I can also tell at a glance when an environment I load decides to go in and change my aspect ratio for me.

    Whenever I get that, I go into render settings, under general and reset the aspect ratio to viewport
