Discounts and PC coupons question

Back when I started with Daz, the policy used to be, if we purchased some products that went on sale after our purchase, we could request a partial refund or store credit for the difference. Is that still the policy?

And what about PC coupons? If I need the items right now for a project and don't want to wait until the first for my coupons to renew, is there a way for me to still take advantage of the coupons next month for the items I want now?

Yes, the price match still applies, but you can't as far as I know bring coupons forwards - that's not the same as matching a changed price.
