Old products as new?

Ok I've been noticing products that seem to be old products posted on store page as 'New'. Anyone know what's up with that?

They are being "re-released" as Platinum Club items.  If you are a Platinum Club member, the prices of the items has now been drastically reduced.

Daz-new is defined in the dictionary - "..beginning as the resumption or repetition of a previous act or thing - a new day." It doesn't have to be new to be new.
