Strange Shadows

Greetings all, first post.
Six hrs into my render and I'm seeing strange shadows under the nose, ring and a heart shape, with my butterfly lighting? I'm guessing the ring could be a reflection issue. Never seen this before in photography, are my settings off or, am I missing something here? I can change this in post but, very curious as to the cause of this.

Your image isn't showing, please try uploading it to your post (click the gear icon and select Edit, then click the Attach a File link under the main text box, click the Browse button, and select the image). It might help to post an image from Top and side view showing the light placement too - but please make sure, if the figure is nude, that you show the viewport in Smooth Shaded view (by clicking the sphere icon next to the camera/view drop-down at top-right of the viewport).
