PC member 10% Discount not showing for Still New Releases?

I'm a PC member and the promo says an extra 10% off for New or Still New Releases but my cart only shows a 30% discount.  Do I need to add something else to get the extra 10% or ?  I've attached a screenshot also.

    Yeah I can't even get new releases to discount or even act correctly. Prices on all new items change every time add/remove items from my cart but 'still new' does nothing for me. About 30 minutes ago the new items actually increased in price when I added Lucas 8 to the cart. Lol

    That's exactly what happened to me!  Even when I dumped the whole thing and started over, no new discount.  I knew I should've bought that stuff yesterday.  Well thanks and good to know I'm not the only one ... but still sucks.   ;)

    It looks right in the store for me - do the prices lose the extra discount only in your cart?

    Hi and it's like GlenWebb said in that it's not consistent.  One moment the cart shows the standard 30% discount and then upon a refresh maybe 10 minutes later, it'll show 37%.  I couldn't get mine to show 40% no matter what I did so figured I'd put in a helpdesk ticket to get the difference in a store credit.  But the cart is definitely flakey today.

    The extra 10% is a second discount after the initial 30%, so 37% (90% of 70% of full price) is correct.

    37% is what it should be. You get the standard 30% off, and then 10% off of that. Not off the total, but off the discounted price. That brings the final discount to 37%

    Thank you both for clarifying the discount!  My cart seems to be working momentarily so while the correct discounts are showing, I'd better get to it lol!  Thanks again
