The skirt I think is from MagicSense outfit, the belt may be custom made.

I doubt it's a matter of them not wanting to help you, it's an older outfit so maybe they just don't know. 

I don't know much about V4 clothing either, as they're quite a few years old and I've not been doing 3D art that long. I hope you find what you're looking for. :)

If you look at the other tabs such as promo credits and for older items editorial, most times you will find what is used in the promo images.

The skirt is probably this one https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/magicsense-outfit/105323 since it is listed in the promo credits. The belt is pretty basic, should be able to find one similiar in either store.
