Transferring animation from male to female

Hi everyone. I'm making animations for a fighting game. Is there a way i can give a female character the same animations that I've already done for a male? Thanks for your help.

Try saving as Pose preset (File>Save as menu) and applying it to the other figure - at least some adjustment is likely to be required.
