Older creatrue creation kit item not loading properly

Out of curiosity and experimentation, I bought the Creature Creation Pack (https://www.daz3d.com/creature-creation-pack). Everything loaded properly into the scene except for the medusa hair. Everything comes out a twisted mess and "restore", "zero" and some other options did not fix the issue. Does anyone else have similar issues with older packs? I would appreciate any tips that I may have overlooked.

    Since you do not seem to have any human figures loaded in your scene, did you have anything else selected when you loaded the hair props? DAZ Studio tends to use autofit by default, and that might be the source of the problem. Select each of the hair items that you have loaded in turn, and check the parameters tab to see if "fit to" is pointing to anything. With the hair props loaded alone, the fit-to option should be "none". I am just guessing, but it might be worth checking.

  • I tried using human fgures, EG V4, and still the same problem. I'll try again later on and see if all the strands can fit to the scalp. Also, a lot of lights load into the scene when I load the object.

  • I tried that and it almost works. The heads of the snakes are warped and mangled and restoring pose hides them apparently. When I turn their heads, the don't move all the way and when I mobe Victoria 4.2's head, it moves all the snake's heads along with it. Do I have to alter the limits or is there another step? Perhaps alter it in a 3rd-party program?
