DIM missing files - Parrot Dolphin Shader Kits

So I was going through my shaders and textures to change an outfit and these are missing. I think no big deal I will just re install with DIM. However, they do not show up in DIM at all. Not as installed and not as ready to insall. Now, I can do them manually because that option is available. I could also download them using Smart Content, which does show them as available. However, I do not want to load them with Smart Content, I don't use it and hopefully will never have to. I would like to load these via DIM which is how they were done in the first place. Not sure why they don't show all of a sudden but they are nowhere to be found in DIM.
Editing to add - I just downloaded them manually and Kit 1 does NOT show up in the product library list as installed even though I dragged and dropped the files into the right folders. It still shows as just the grey icon to be downloaded via smart content. Kit 2 shows in the product library under P but does NOT show up in the Shader Preset folder which is where it should be. Neither does Kit 1. So, installing them manually does not work either. I don't know why they disappeared in the first place as I use them often and then today, they were just gone.

Some products aren't converted to DIM. If you install it manually try reimporting metadata.
Installed them via DIM to begin with. They are for Iray and aren't that old. And I already tried the meta data update and it did nothing.
Did you do a search for it within Daz Studio? Go into DIM and right click on the product and select "Show Installed Files from your installation tab to see where they are located.
That's the problem, they don't show in DIM at all. Not in installed files, not in download ready and not in read to install. Just not there. Inside Daz Studio, if I go to P in product library, kit 2 is there, but is not in the shader preset area where it should be showing. Even though if I go to where its installed, it shows up in the file structure right where it should be. Kit 1 doesn't show up anywhere inside studio except as the greyed out icon that shows that its waiting to load via smart content. It does not show under the P in product library and does not show up in the Shader Preset list even though inside the actual files, where I manually loaded them, they are right where they should be.
Sounds like the problem Customer Service just helped me figure out today.
Check your Install Manager settings.Under downloads make sure Connect Available and Connect Installed are checked (they are the bottom of the list).
It only seems to affect a small number of items but I had 4 or 5 products not showing up.

Weirdly, I have them in DIM on my PC and they show up fine in my library. But not on my laptop. Might be a specific issue with the laptop settings or something.
